Waitlist Terms

These terms apply when you join the BRB waitlist. Our full Terms and Conditions will replace them when the app launches.
Joining
You must be 18 or older and sign up with your own email address. One sign-up per person.
2. Early access
Joining puts you on the list for early access to the BRB app in Hong Kong. We decide when and in what order invites go out. Joining does not guarantee access by any specific date. BRB will launch on iOS first, with Android to follow.
3. Referral rewards
You may receive a personal referral link. When 2 persons join with your link, you earn 1 free delivery at launch.
Referrals only count for real people who sign up with their own email address.
You cannot refer yourself or use fake, duplicate, or disposable email addresses.
Please don't share your link through spam or unsolicited messages.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We may cancel referrals or rewards that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
4. Changes
We may change, pause, or end the waitlist, early access, or referral program at any time. If we update these terms, we will change the date above.
5. Leaving
You can leave at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing support@brb-app.com. If you leave, you lose your place and any unused referral rewards.
6. Liability
The waitlist is free. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, BRB is not liable for any loss arising from joining the waitlist, delays to the launch, or changes to the program.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
