How BRB works

You can either take a scheduled shift or go Online anytime in the app.

Base pay is HK$38 per completed delivery, even for short distance.
You also get a zone bonus depending on the delivery area.
Scheduled shifts include a minimum guaranteed pay for the shift (top-up if needed).
Payouts are tracked in the in-app Wallet.

FAQ


Q: If I’m scheduled and there are zero orders, do I still get the minimum pay?
Yes. If you checked in and stayed available in the PMQ hub area for the full shift, you receive the shift minimum pay.


Q: How do scheduled shifts work (and how do I get assigned)?
Scheduled shifts are assigned in advance on a rotating roster. We confirm your shift time and hub area before the shift starts. Outside of shifts, you can go Online in the app anytime to receive orders when you are available.


QQ: How do I get paid?
Your earnings and payout status are shown in the Wallet in the BRB Rider App. Payouts are processed based on the Wallet records.


Q: What if I need to cancel a scheduled shift?
Tell us as early as possible. If it’s last minute, contact in-app support immediately so we can reassign the shift. Repeated no-shows may remove you from future scheduled shifts.


Q: What if a store is delayed?
If the delay is over 10 minutes, contact in-app support. Do not mark “Picked up” until the order is in your hands.


Q: What if the customer does not answer or the address is wrong?
Contact in-app support right away. Do not guess the location or leave items unattended unless BRB confirms what to do.
