Waitlist Privacy Notice

BRB Lifestyle Limited ("BRB", "we", "us") is building an on-demand lifestyle delivery app for Hong Kong. The app has not launched yet. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you join our waitlist. Our full Privacy Policy will replace it when the app launches.
What we collect
Your email address.
If you sign up through a referral link, a referral code and a record of who referred you, so we can credit referral rewards.
Basic email activity, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link.
Giving us your email is voluntary, but we need it to add you to the waitlist.
How we use it
To add you to the waitlist and confirm your sign-up.
To send you updates about BRB's launch and invite you to early access.
To track referrals and give you any rewards you earn.
To prevent fake or duplicate sign-ups.
We will not send you promotional offers from BRB or partner brands unless you give us separate consent.
Who we share it with
Our email provider, which stores the list and sends our emails.
Our automation tools, which run the workflows that manage sign-ups and referrals.
Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with partner brands.
Where it is stored
Our providers may store your data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States. We only use providers that protect data to a standard comparable to Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you are on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and delete your details within 30 days, keeping only what we need to make sure we don't email you again. If you have not created a BRB account within 6 months after launch, we delete your waitlist data.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your data, or to be removed from the waitlist, by emailing support@brb-app.com. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails. We handle requests under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
